What we collect

When you make a booking, we collect: full name, email, phone number, driver details necessary for rental, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card data).

Why we collect it

To process your rental booking, communicate about your reservation, and comply with legal obligations (Polish tax and transport regulations).

Who we share it with

Our sub-processors:

• Supabase — database hosting (EU Frankfurt/Ireland region)
• Netlify — site delivery
• Sentry — error monitoring (PII scrubbed before transmission)
• Stripe (future) — payment processing

Your rights

Under GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@carwaw.com.

Retention

Booking records are retained for 5+ years to comply with Polish tax/accounting law. Cancelled and no-show bookings are retained under the same schedule.
